Global Mobility Client Services Director Job

An experienced and skilled Global Mobility Client Services Director will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to a portfolio of corporate clients.

Global Mobility Client Services Director Duties:

The role of a Global Mobility Client Services Director is to develop global account management strategies for corporate client accounts and will ensure procedures are optimised to allow client service teams to deliver exceptional global mobility and relocation management services.

  • Manage a dedicated portfolio of client accounts, building excellent relationships with key client contacts
  • Implement account plans and strategies to ensure the clients needs are fully met, and revenue potential is maximised
  • Perform client reviews and redesign and implementation of process improvements
  • Oversee the financial performance of client accounts, upselling additional services where possible
  • Conduct global mobility policy development and reviews that conform to industry best practise
  • Take responsibility for the professional development and training of the client service team
  • Regularly carry out reporting for client accounts  
  • Stay up to date with global mobility and relocation industry trends, market developments and competitor activities
  • Participate in new client implementations, ensuring the process is smooth
  • Take part in sales presentations when required

  • A bachelor’s degree is required for this role and a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Years of leadership experience in the Global Mobility business is a requirement for this role.
  • Ability to manage client accounts effectively
  • Having a proven track record managing service delivery
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products is essential
  • Having strong people management skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills are essential for this role.
  • The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment and strong attention to detail is essential for this role.
