We are currently seeking a strategy focused and dynamic Head of Revenue to lead their commercial team and drive revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in leadership, a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, and the ability to craft and execute effective commercial strategies, we invite you to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative commercial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, market positioning, and product/service optimisation.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Utilise market insights to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the company's product/service offerings.
  • Negotiate and manage key relationships with partners, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Analyse pricing structures, monitor market demand, and identify opportunities for revenue optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with value propositions and market conditions.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the commercial team, providing guidance and support to achieve revenue targets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the commercial department.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
