Recruitment Process

Alchemy’s Consultants are experts at handling all stages of the recruitment process. We regularly assist clients with initial talent planning, current skills analysis, identifying skills gaps, as well as helping clients to develop an effective onward hiring strategy. We create job adverts, descriptions and person specifications, advertising as needed.

Our people work hard to actively source suitable candidates for client vacancies, including sourcing passive candidates. All applicants are screened prior to client introduction, ensuring they are a qualified, cultural match. Your Alchemy Consultant will facilitate interviews (telephone, video or face to face).

We are on hand to assist clients with the short-listing of candidates, providing our own candidate evaluations for client comparison. When the successful applicant has been identified, your Alchemy Consultant can assist you with offer and contract negotiation, supporting you throughout the entire recruitment process and beyond.
