An exciting opportunity for a Relocation professional has arisen with our client, a leading global mobility management technology company, who are seeking a Relocation Partner Analyst to join their team in London.

The Relocation Partner Analyst will work alongside one of the Directors to support the management of one of our client's key relocation partners and help to ensure excellent service delivery and quality solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the relationship management of one of the company's primary relocation partners, and ensure quality service delivery from the partner
  • Track service delivery in accordance with SLA metrics, monitor any service delivery issues and provide resolutions
  • Aid with operational metrics, data monitoring and data input into system
  • Project management of ongoing projects in support of the relationship with the partner
  • Produce client reporting for quarterly/annual business reviews

Requirements

  • 2+ years' relocation management experience, gained at either a relocation management company or destination service provider
  • Ability to communicate global mobility and/or relocation processes and principles to non-experts
  • Strong client management skills, including managing expectations and providing solutions to complex issues
  • Experience delivering training and presentations to clients
  • Analytically minded, and confident user of various technology/software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle several projects simultaneously
  • Degree level education
