Alchemy is keen to speak to highly experienced sales professionals regarding an opportunity to join a leading name within the removals and relocation industry. As an Internal Sales Consultant, this is an unmissable opportunity for a confident and target driven individual to develop their sales skills with the support of an established moving company renowned for their dedication to providing excellent customer service. This is a full time position based in Kent.

Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Consultant are:

  • Actively seeking new leads and potential clients within the removals industry, assessing their individual removals needs, and providing solutions thus converting leads into sales.
  • Keeping in regular contact with customers via phone and email to keep them up to date with the progress of the removals and moving process.
  • Setting appointments for move consultants to carry out surveys for prospective removals clients.
  • Negotiating with clients and third party removals services providers to ensure competitiveness within the removals market and profitability for the business.
  • Regularly monitoring individual, team and company KPI's/targets, and seeking opportunities to adapt process to ensure these are achieved.
  • Maintaining a constant dialogue with the client and internal departments to ensure a seamless removals service is provided at all times.
  • Other administrative duties related to the removals and relocation process, including preparing survey reports, taking photos of client residences in preparation for the move and passing all information to the removals team to ensure a trouble-free move.

Competencies of the Internal Sales Consultant include:

  • Previous strong sales experience and willingness to enhance their skills through on the job training and knowledge sharing amongst the team
  • Previous experience or understanding of relocation or moving (domestic and household goods)
  • Confident communicator
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • Strong team player with a drive to achieve established individual and company KPI's and targets.
