Job Summary

A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Immigration Manager to serve as the EMEA immigration solutions lead.

This position will be responsible for managing and servicing international client accounts and will be responsible for the management of the regional visa and immigration team.


  • Managing the EMEA Immigration services team, ensuring a high quality of service is delivered to clients at all times
  • Maintain and develop immigration procedures and processes and continuously address areas for improvement
  • Allocating visa and immigration case workload across the team, supervising the cases to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the client network, travelling across the region for face to face meetings as appropriate
  • Ensuring the continued development of the immigration division, providing on-going training and conducting reviews
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for client immigration questions and queries within EMEA
  • As the subject matter experience, providing guidance and advise to clients based on their immigration needs within the region
  • Ensuring compliance with client SLA's at all times
  • Attend training and networking events relative to the immigration sector
  • Offer expert advice to the immigration function regarding complex immigration issues
  • Support and partner with the supply chain team during the selection of respective vendors
  • Enforce compliance by ensuring immigration laws are adhered to

Skills and experience required;

  • Global immigration experience, with core expertise within the EMEA region
  • Extensive visa and immigration case management experience
  • Knowledgeable of changes within the immigration sector
  • Client service delivery experience, including client-facing experience
  • Staff management experience, leading a team of immigration advisors
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build relationships both internally across the business and with external clients
  • A keen eye for detail and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Extensive visa and immigration experience dealing with multiple types of applications including; work permits, spousal visas, permanent residency etc.
  • Excellent IT skills
