An experienced Corporate Housing Sales & Business Development professional is urgently required to join an expanding Corporate Housing provider in the USA.

Focus of the role:

  • Selling Serviced Apartment & Corporate Housing solutions nationally across the USA
  • Hunt and generate new business opportunities, & develop these into new clients
  • Identifying areas to develop business opportunities with current accounts
  • Using Temporary Accommodation industry knowledge to achieve and exceed sales goals

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell temporary housing solutions for short term rental purpose
  • Hunt and generate new leads via cold calling, social media and networking
  • Identifying key decision-makers and make regular contact with them
  • Continuously develop a sales pipeline whilst maintaining and developing business relationships
  • Ensure that your sales targets are met and exceeded
  • Identify potential opportunities to upsell to the existing client portfolio
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through the use of your extensive Corporate Housing knowledge and network
  • Staying up to date on trends within the corporate housing and temporary accommodation sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospect clients for further business
  • Supporting the creation of client proposals
  • Preparing sales reports for senior management

Skills and Experience:

  • A strong sales & business development background in Corporate Housing, Serviced Apartments or Extended stay solutions
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, as well as in house CRM systems
  • Proven track record of successful client relationship management
  • Motivation, drive and determination
  • Proven success in new business development
  • Success in developing prospects and securing new clients
  • Business-to-business sales experience is essential
  • A willingness to travel as required
  • Excellent research skills and presentation skills
  • Strong sales closing skills
