Job Summary

Our client, a large multinational organisation, is looking to hire a Global Mobility Manager to work remotely anywhere in the USA.

The successful individual will focus on managing permanent relocations into and across North America.

Working with a variety of Stakeholders your main responsibilities will include:

  • Being a subject matter expert on questions around assignment terms and conditions and company policies
  • Sharing knowledge and providing advice to internal stakeholders on international and domestic mobility policies and compliance
  • Managing the assignment life cycle from start to finish for relocating employees
  • Vendor management of the external supplier network, e.g. immigration and relocation services
  • Liaising with assignees throughout the relocation/assignment process, ensuring compliance throughout
  • Working on ad-hoc projects to support the Global Mobility and HR team

You will have:

  • Knowledge of Global Mobility policies, practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of expatriate tax, social security, reward, payroll, compensation and benefits is desirable
  • Experience working within an organisation going through a period of change would be advantageous
  • A degree in any discipline or relevant experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Analytical, numerate and a quick learner
  • Proficient user in MS Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
