Job Summary

Our client, a leading Global Relocation provider, is looking to appoint a Global Relocation Consultant.

This role will be responsible for delivering relocation services to a range of clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Role;

  • Develop relationships with clients, assignees and their families, exceeding service expectations throughout the relocation process
  • Manage and administer relocation policies
  • Take detailed briefs to fully understand the needs of the client
  • Brief and liaise with relocation Consultants and letting agents, supervising the booking of; property viewings, inventories, check-ins, tenancy agreements, departures and renewals
  • Handle escalated issues promptly
  • Liaise with internal departments where applicable
  • Deal with any queries from assignees making sure that they are responded to on a timely basis
  • Provide support at client meetings where applicable
  • Update all client files upon receipt of new details
  • Keep internal databases updated and ensure all notes are completed accurately
  • Work effectively within the team, providing support where necessary
