We are seeking a Global Mobility, Client Services Manager to join a growing international mobility team in Sydney!

Job Purpose:

  • Serving as the Global Mobility Client Services Manager, ensuring that your team successfully manage the full International mobility process ensuring a high level of service delivery for international and domestic relocations
  • Focusing on both operational and team leadership relating to service delivery, ensuring the best outcome for both the organisation and the clients

Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the lead escalation point of contact for corporate clients and their international assignee network
  • Continuously monitoring the performance of the Global Mobility and Relocation Consultants, to make sure that relocation services are successfully administered and processes are adhered to
  • Ensuring the Global Mobility Consultants maintain regular contact with the client HR and the assignee and their family, whilst serving as point of escalation
  • Overseeing the delivery of a variety of global mobility solutions and vendor management including; mobility policy advisory, international assignment management, expense reimbursement, destination services and household goods moving.
  • Supporting the Global Mobility & Relocation Account Managers to identify and respond to any issues or queries and ensure these do not re-occur
  • Making sure that the International Mobility Specialists keep systems and client records up to date at all times
  • Participating in and leading, global mobility team meetings and corporate client briefings
  • Helping the Global Mobility & Relocation Account Managers to facilitate and build long-term client relationships
  • Continuously ensuring client satisfaction at all times and identifying way to continue success
  • Partnering with the Operations Managers to ensure a high level of service delivery, whilst maintaining operational compliance and targets are met and achieved
  • Administer general HR services such as discussing staff need, monitoring holiday and sick leave, carrying out training and mentoring duties and providing continual feedback
  • Recognising and highlighting areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Motivate the team to help boost performance and minimize employee turnover
  • Coaching the team on areas relating to global mobility services and client service delivery

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in the Relocation and/or Global Mobility sector is essential, ideally with experience working for a Relocation Management Company
  • Knowledgeable on the full Relocation process and additional services such as; International Assignment Management, Household Good Moving, Destination Services and/or Expatriate Management
  • Previous managerial and staff leadership experience is essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy with MS Office products
  • A positive and motivated attitude
