Are you an Operations Project Manager looking for a new challenge?

I am partnering with a global market leading Customs Brokerage company looking for someone to join their team in Poland,

You will be interacting with team members, internal operations and external contacts to provide reviews.

Key Duties:

  • Lead and coordinate projects
  • Perform business case development, change and problem management and status reporting
  • Provide guidance to the project teams
  • Assist with project plans and tasks
  • Prepare weekly status reports on recent projects
  • Arrange meeting to review project plans and timelines
  • Meet with clients to review plans and timelines
  • Prepare presentations for internal and external use on recent projects
  • Manage the administration of client registers, project logs and audits tracker
  • Preparing metrics of monthly KPIS, scorecards and dashboards
  • Monitor the quality level for all projects
  • Provide customer service to external clients and partners, reacting quickly and efficiently to issues and queries
  • Support and adhere to the Quality Operating System

Skills Required:

  • Good interpersonal and customer-interfacing skills, organizational and multitasking skills, issue/problem resolution skills
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools
  • Ability to prepare and interpret schedules, step-by-step action plans and flowcharts
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions and recommendations within authorized limitations
  • Microsoft suite - good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Positive working attitude and strong ethics
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree, experience in the area of International Trade & Business, Logistics or Customs
