Job Summary

We are partnering with a leading Expatriate Services provider in Miami, who is looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager for their team.

The BDM is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Latin America region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle strategies and practices resulting in consistent growth in the Latin America region
  • Identify and drive new firm business while maintaining a solid profit margin
  • Participate in the preparation and application of RFP's
  • Manage existing contracts and act as the point of contact for clients
  • Develop creative solutions for mobility planning and strategies for clients
  • Research the core business areas to provide information to clients and generating proposals

Person

  • Significant B2B sales experience across multiple countries in the LATAM region
  • Experience with in the Relocation or the wider expatriate services industry is required
  • Background living and working in the LATAM region is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable results in achieving sales targets in previous roles
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Spanish or Portuguese
