A leading corporate housing and furnished apartment provider is seeking driven Sales professionals to join their growing business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales record in the Relocation or Corporate Housing (or related) sector and will be responsible for growing the company's presence in their local market.
· Generating new business within the assigned region, targeting corporate businesses and accounts
· Utilize knowledge of the local market to target decision makers and contacts for potential clients
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Managing client accounts to maximise profitability and develop excellent working relationships
· Participate in RFP's, RFI's and other general sales presentations
· Negotiate agreements with new clients
· Strong B2B sales hunter with proven experience selling to corporate clients
· Experience in the Relocation, Corporate Housing, Hospitality or related industries is required
