An exciting opportunity is now available for a Chinese Speaking Business Development Director, Furnished Apartments in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Business Development Director, Furnished Apartments will be responsible for developing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly attend networking events and industry conferences
  • Design and execute sales strategies
  • Generate sales by winning new client accounts
  • Build relationships externally and internally
  • Meet with VIP guests to show them around and discuss apartment features and benefits
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design suitable marketing materials
  • Prospecting and targeting sales leads within assigned sales region

Key Requirements:

  • Strong sales and account management experience, preferably within the Corporate Housing, Furnished Apartments or Hotel / Hospitality industries
  • Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to grow and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to travel for client meetings
  • Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve
  • Proven experience with exceeding sales goals
