Alchemy are recruiting for a nationally recognised company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who are looking to appoint an Administration Coordinator.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and distribute basic correspondence including emails and letters
  • Arrange meetings and take the minutes
  • Construct and maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Produce PowerPoints presentations
  • Manage the Managers diary and liaise with other team members
  • Support other members of the team with administrative duties
  • Project work as required


  • 1 year administration experience within a corporate environment
  • Ability to relocate at short notice
  • Recognized post school qualification i.e. BTEC, Diploma or Degree
  • Significant experience using Microsoft Office including World, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English Written and Verbal skills
  • Ability to work independently
