Alchemy are recruiting for a nationally recognised company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who are looking to appoint an Administration Coordinator.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and distribute basic correspondence including emails and letters
- Arrange meetings and take the minutes
- Construct and maintain Excel spreadsheets
- Produce PowerPoints presentations
- Manage the Managers diary and liaise with other team members
- Support other members of the team with administrative duties
- Project work as required
- 1 year administration experience within a corporate environment
- Ability to relocate at short notice
- Recognized post school qualification i.e. BTEC, Diploma or Degree
- Significant experience using Microsoft Office including World, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English Written and Verbal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Immigration process managed on your behalf.
