An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Business Development Executive to be based in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales by winning new client accounts and upselling to existing accounts
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Build extensive knowledge of the organizations services, products and systems to consult with clients and propose business solutions that will best meet client's needs and objectives
  • Participation in sales demos, presentations and negotiations
  • Manage the sales cycle, forecasting your sales and managing your own pipeline
  • Involvement in and contribution to overall company success
  • Develop and execute business plans to define strategies and tactics for success
  • Work independently as a sole contributor as well as within a team

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years experience selling outsourcing services to businesses in a fast-paced environment
  • Business Development/Sales experience essential
  • Experience selling HR or related technology software
  • Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling into HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Demonstrated excellence in new business development, consultative selling and presentation skills
  • A thorough understanding of sales techniques
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process
  • Excellent networking, communication and influencing skills
  • Strong analysis and decision making skills
