This position will suit an experienced professional that has delivered a range of Relocation, International Moving and Destination Services to corporate clients. You will oversee the door-to-door relocation services for corporate assignees ensuring client satisfaction at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the point of contact for both assignees and HR contacts regarding their global relocation needs
  • Managing and being accountable for a caseload of relocations for corporate clients
  • Assignee briefings (both by phone and face-to-face) prior to departure for relocation
  • Initiating Destination Services (home search, school search, settling in, cultural training, language training, etc.) with third party suppliers
  • Coordinating the full household good moves process and delivering relationships with shipping and logistics vendors
  • Ensuring clients receive consistent service levels during relocation delivery
  • Sourcing and booking temporary housing / serviced apartments for clients and arranging property viewings
  • Co-ordinating and managing third-party partners - reserving, booking, and auditing services provided by the partners
  • Researching, communicating and ensuring that customs requirements and restrictions are adhered to for international relocations
  • Negotiating best rates for all service providers with suppliers
  • Ensuring that you regularly follow up with clients during each stage of the relocation and household goods move process
