Sales Manager – Corporate Accommodation
We are currently partnering with a fast growing Corporate Accommodation provider who is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to be based in New York.
The Sales Manager – Corporate Accommodation will be responsible for increasing business across the USA.
- Managing and developing the existing client base
- Sell the company’s corporate accommodation service (apartments, temporary accommodation, corporate housing)
- Generate new business via the phone, email and face to face meetings
- Securing sales leads and converting them into long-term stays
- Develop and execute business plans to define strategies and success
- Achieve and exceed sales goals
- Coordinate and manage the full sales cycle
- A minimum of 2 years Sales experience in the Corporate Accommodation or Hospitality sector (Serviced Apartments, Temporary Accommodation, Corporate Housing)
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Ability to build and develop client relationships
- Strong background developing new business and negotiating deals
- A thorough understanding of sales techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and a good eye for detail
