An exciting opportunity has come available with a fantastic Global technology company who are looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team in Washington D.C.
The focus of the Recruiting Coordinator will be to work alongside the hiring managers and recruitment team to ensure a positive experience for all candidates. The client is keen to take someone on who can think on their toes, is resourceful and enjoys working in a high-pressure environment.
· To coordinate and manage high volumes of candidates, seeing them from application to offer whilst ensuring everything is accurately tracked
· Manage all correspondence between the company and candidates as well as keeping any key internal team members informed of interviews
· Ad hoc projects including gathering and presenting candidate feedback to get a greater overview of their experience throughout the process
· Executive attention to detail and organisational skills
· A proactive, multitasker with a high level of communication skills
· Strong time management ability and willingness to accept various responsibilities
· Professionalism when speaking to both internal and external stakeholders
· Minimum of 1-year experience in a fast-paced environment
