Job Summary

Our client, a relocation service provider is seeking to hire an experienced Relocation Client Services Director in California.

The Relocation Client Services Director is responsible for the overall operations of client accounts and service delivery teams. The Relocation Client Services Director also plays a key role in managing the expectations and interactions in all stakeholders in the relocation process to ensure a successful outcome.

The Relocation Client Services Director will provide leadership, support and guidance to other team members and will oversee the quality of operational processes and procedures for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of Relocation Consultants and Managers
  • Responsible for recruitment and training of team members
  • Manage team performance in line with job requirements, client policies and expectations
  • Manage team meetings and ensure there is regular communication with remote workers
  • Coach Team Leaders to increase their knowledge, skill and competence
  • Manages and offers guidance on more complex cases
  • Measurement and reporting on team performance and service delivery to ensure SLA’s are met
  • Provide management reporting and data analysis
  • Ensure client excellence through delivery of a consistent service approach
  • Manage vendors to communicate any changes in process
  • Participate in Client reviews/meetings as necessary
  • Provide technical advice to Team Members and oversee the service delivery of the team to ensure that tasks are performed in accordance within the Client’s policies, contractual obligations and quality expectations
  • Supporting Senior Management as required

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in Relocation, International Assignment Services OR Global Mobility
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have a strong customer service background with ability to lead and provide guidance to operations teams and build relationships
  • Ability to consult proactively with clients to enhance their policy and services offered
  • Excellent computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Previous staff management experience is essential
  • Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • GMS OR CRP qualification preferred
