Job Summary

We are partnering with a Digital Freight Forwarder organisation seeking a Head of Sales to join their team in Hamburg.

You will be responsible for generating new business primarily within the SME segment in your own specific region/area. You will be a part of the European Sales team and work in close cooperation with the Operations and Customer Success teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Generating new business leads
  • Work alongside the Operations and Customer success teams
  • Follow up on all sales leads
  • Arrange and perform platform demo’s on sites
  • Oversee optimal onboarding together with Operations

Skills Required;

  • Sales track record within the Global Shipping Industry
  • Strong team player
  • Experience in the Shipping and Freight Forwarding industry  
  • Fluent in English and German language skills
  • Experience with the entire sales cycle from generating and qualifying leads to closing deals
  • Familiar with CRM and sales management tools
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for sales
