Job Summary

A leading provider of serviced apartments in the US is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to be based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey or Nanuet, NY.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responding to incoming calls and emails from new and existing clients to assess their temporary accommodation needs and providing quotes
  • Create leads from incoming calls and enquiries and convert into new business
  • Service a book of existing accounts, resolving any service issues and managing escalations
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and upselling further corporate housing solutions
  • Research accounts, identifying opportunities for expanding product offerings
  • Negotiating pricing
  • Maximize the number and quality of quotes being sent to prospect clients
  • Update the database with relevant information as required

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent
  • Must have strong sales and account management experience gained in the corporate housing / furnished apartments, relocation services or hospitality industries
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Proven track record handling complex accounts and maintaining key client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
