Job Summary

We are assisting our client, a US based Corporate Housing business who is currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Housing Business Development Manager.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of new business and maintaining the company’s existing Corporate Housing client base.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:

  • Identifying, targeting and generating business from new clients
  • Secure business by understanding each individual clients Corporate Housing requirements in order to offer the best solution and ensure maximum revenue is generated
  • Establishing relationships with key decision makers
  • Managing the whole sales process from initial client contact through to negotiating and closing of the sale, whilst ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential new business
  • Overcoming client objections and creating a solution
  • Attending networking and industry events relevant to Corporate Housing

Key requirements:

  • Proven track record successfully selling to Fortune 500 companies
  • Previous experience in Sales and Business Development across the Relocation, Global Mobility, Corporate Housing, Business Travel or Hospitality sectors required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Motivated individual, committed to achieving sales targets
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process
