Job Summary

Recruitment Consultant is required to join Alchemy's international recruitment team! Our Consultants thrive in a busy work environment, travel internationally, attend awards events and develop their skills by receiving both inhouse and external training.

The position....

  • Actively search for candidates through networking and various recruiting channels
  • Recruit and match appropriate candidates to available job vacancies worldwide
  • Execute an in-depth candidate selection process
  • Identify and develop both new and existing client relationships through regular contact and networking
  • Negotiating recruitment terms of business with clients
  • Create and post job descriptions to attract candidate applications
  • Develop candidate CV profiles to reflect core vacancy criteria
  • Test and assess candidate suitability and technical skills
  • Actively negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of candidates
  • Be knowledgeable on global market salaries to effectively benchmark for candidates and clients
  • Stay up to date on business and recruitment market trends
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and be driven by, and thrive on, the buzz of a sale
  • Represent the company at local and international conferences and client meetings

Experience and skills....

  • Must have experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
  • International recruitment experience would be ideal, but not essential
  • Must be hungry for sales and success!
  • Degree level qualification is preferred but not essential
  • Must be a confident communicator with great telephone manner
  • Must be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Great IT skills (MS Word, Outlook etc) and enthusiasm for social media
  • Always prepared to go the extra mile, even if this is out of office hours
