We are partnering with a US based Corporate Housing provider who are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their team.
The role of the Business Development Manager – Corporate Housing will be to expand the company’s client base.
- Generate new business via the phone, email and face to face meetings
- Making sales calls to potential new clients
- Participate in Corporate Housing industry and tradeshow events
- Build strong and successful relationships with clients requiring Corporate Housing services
- Create and present business plans and proposals for new sales opportunities
- Participate in RFPs when required
- 5 years previous experience of Business Development or Outside Sales within the Corporate Housing, Relocation, Global Mobility or Hospitality sector
- Proficient in all computer applications
- Strong background developing new business and negotiating deals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients
