Job Summary

We are partnering with a US based Corporate Housing provider who are looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to their team.

The role of the Business Development Manager – Corporate Housing will be to expand the company’s client base.

Key duties:

  • Generate new business via the phone, email and face to face meetings
  • Making sales calls to potential new clients
  • Participate in Corporate Housing industry and tradeshow events
  • Build strong and successful relationships with clients requiring Corporate Housing services
  • Create and present business plans and proposals for new sales opportunities
  • Participate in RFPs when required


Required skills:

  • 5 years previous experience of Business Development or Outside Sales within the Corporate Housing, Relocation, Global Mobility or Hospitality sector
  • Proficient in all computer applications
  • Strong background developing new business and negotiating deals
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to clients
