Job Summary

We are delighted to be partnering with an elite financial services institution in their search for a high potential compensation analyst. The candidate will assist with compensation activities to drive and push strategic performance globally.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with Reward functions including incentive programs, benchmarking and renumeration making sure all actions are within standards of reward frameworks
· Build awareness to stakeholders as the product champion using total compensation as required
· Globally enhance reward through analytical processes in an effective, timely manner making sure it is relevant
· Frequent monitorisation of reward metrics
· Ensure salary recommendations and market data is provided to HR teams in order to move forward with reward decisions in the reward team
· Provide quality guarantee for the Pay Review process and globally support the Pay Review process for specific client segments
· Understand and offer guidance on incentive compensation schemes
· Ensure communication with relevant contacts and keep up to date with appropriate business topics and projects
· Work alongside reward teams globally on several subjects including but not limited to the development and implementation of new systems

Requirements:

· Educated to a degree level (or equivalent) preferably accompanied by an additional post graduate qualification in relevant topics – human resources, tax, accounting
· Experience in HR metrics, compensation and job measurement
· Well rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Excel
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and forecasting skills
· Proficient ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels globally
