We’re currently looking for an experienced Account Manager for a position that’s just become available within a well renowned Removals company based in The Netherlands.

Responsibilities include:

  • Networking with moving clientele worldwide, building and maintaining professional working relationships.
  • Business development opportunities, expanding company territory.
  • Negotiating estimated costs and increasing pricing margins, up-selling company services where possible.
  • Handling escalations and providing expert customer service.
  • Negotiating new rates and agreements with overseas clients as necessary.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

Experience required:

  • You must have a minimum of an MBO+ qualification.
  • 2 – 3 years industry relevant experience.
  • Thorough, precise with a keen attention to detail.
  • Sales background will be beneficial.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple ongoing projects.
  • Approachable and expert communicator, able to liaise with a variety of different people.
  • Dutch language skills will be advantageous.
  • Technologically proficient, familiarity with MS Office software.
