Job Summary

Our client, a unique and fast-growing international business, is seeking a Commercial Assistant to join their team in Surrey.

The Commercial Assistant will support the day to day work of the group commercial team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing vendor invoices
  • Storage insurance declarations (monthly)
  • Transit insurance returns for UK and Singapore locations (monthly)
  • Processing Reason Insurance invoices
  • Ensuring long term storage is kept up to date and ensure quarterly invoicing
  • Provide support to the Commercial Coordinator, assisting on matters relating to insurance claims
  • Provide general support to commercial team on RFP’s and rate reviews


  • Confident and professional manner, particularly when working with insurance policy holders
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management skills and able to work to deadlines
