Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility & Compensation professional for an exciting opportunity in Dublin.

The Client Engagement Manager - Assignment Management will be the main point of contact for, and responsible for managing client relationships, providing recommendations to each business depending on their individual requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts from post-sale through implementation and delivery, including: adoption, retention, renewal and expansion
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure full understanding of each client’s business strategy, culture and metrics for success
  • Understand client needs and advise them on how to achieve their goals
  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews and account reviews
  • Manage the contract renewal process and work closely with the Sales team to upsell and grow the account where possible
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into decision making
  • Act as point of contact for escalations on behalf of clients

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Global Mobility and/or Global Compensation
  • Those from an in house corporate mobility, big 4 consulting or consulting / advisory services background with in depth Global Mobility & Compensation Management experience would be of great interest
  • Experience calculating compensation and tax reporting
  • Understanding of global mobility policy strategies and transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across all levels within the business
  • Worked in a fast paced environment, ideally in a high-growth start-up
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills
  • Technically minded with experience working in a technology/software environment
  • Excellent communicator, confident, energetic, positive attitude and driven
  • Ability to establishing rapport and managing global stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of how to create balance sheets in an assignment management system, tax engine experience and COLA understanding
  • Must understand cross border compensation
  • Able to travel across EMEA as required
  • Strong understanding of global mobility policy strategies and transformation
  • You will be articulate, highly focussed and organised
  • Industry certification such as CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) or GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) preferred
