Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Global Mobility & Compensation professional in London.

The Client Engagement Manager, Global Compensation will manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing advice and expertise to each client.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for a portfolio of dedicated client accounts across EMEA
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand each individual clients specific strategy and requirements
  • Ensuring clients global mobility and talent management policies are aligned with the business goals
  • Communicate with internal departments globally and ensure feedback from clients is incorporated into decision making
  • Lead the contract renewal process for your clients
  • Conduct quarterly business and account reviews
  • Serve as lead for escalations on behalf of clients

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Global Mobility and/or Global Compensation
  • Those from an in house corporate mobility, big 4 consulting or consulting / advisory services background with in depth Global Mobility & Compensation Management experience would be of great interest
  • Experience calculating compensation and tax reporting
  • Understanding of global mobility policy strategies and transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present across all levels within the business
  • Worked in a fast paced environment, ideally in a high-growth start-up
  • Strong client relationship and account management skills
  • Technically minded with experience working in a technology/software environment
  • Excellent communicator, confident, energetic, positive attitude and driven
  • Ability to establishing rapport and managing global stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of how to create balance sheets in an assignment management system, tax engine experience and COLA understanding
  • Must understand cross border compensation
  • Able to travel across EMEA as required
  • Strong understanding of global mobility policy strategies and transformation
  • You will be articulate, highly focussed and organised
  • Industry certification such as CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) or GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) preferred
