A leading corporate housing and furnished apartment provider is seeking a driven Business Development Director, Government Housing to work remotely in the USA.

The Business Development Director will be responsible for selling temporary accommodation solutions to government agencies and government contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business within an assigned region, targeting government agencies and government contractors
  • Selling temporary accommodation solutions across the USA to government agencies and government contractors
  • Utilize knowledge of the local market to target decision makers and contacts for potential clients
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals and targets
  • Managing client accounts to maximise profitability
  • Participate in RFP’s, RFI’s and other general sales presentations
  • Negotiate agreements with government agencies and government contractors

Requirements:

  • Strong B2B sales hunter with proven experience selling to corporate clients
  • Experience selling temporary accommodation solutions and targeting government agencies and government contractors is essential
  • Have an established book of business
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Must have a proven track record meeting and exceeding set goals and targets
  • Ability to deliver presentations to key stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
