Job Summary

We are partnering exclusively with a corporate accommodation solutions provider in their search for a Senior Sales & Business Development Manager.

This is a newly created position that offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation and take the lead as their head of global sales.

The Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will focus on UK and US business development. You will target both multinational organisations and global relocation providers to present corporate housing and serviced apartment accommodation solutions.

Key duties and responsibilities include;

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the business and representing the organisation at key industry networking events and conferences relating to relocation and corporate housing
  • Creating a strategic pipeline of potential clients with global corporate relocation and accommodation requirements
  • Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers within HR and Global Mobility divisions
  • Managing and developing relationships with both multinational companies and global relocation management companies
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, including structuring sales deals, preparing RFPs, complying with corporate supply requirements, negotiating contracts and assisting in the on-going oversight of projects
  • Regularly reporting sales and business development effort to the leadership team
  • Contribute to developing new markets and gathering of market intelligence and maintaining a record of research resources
  • Actively contributing to the business vision, partnering with stakeholders and partners
  • Understand market competition and leverage this information to successfully identify new opportunities, pricing comparisons, amenities and service provision
  • Building and fostering relationships with existing partnerships to retain and increase contract values
  • Staying up to date on market trends within the global mobility, relocation, corporate house and serviced apartment sector
  • Partnering with external and internal business resources including operations and marketing teams
  • Delivering quality client services and promptly responding to enquires in a professional manner
  • Presenting contract negotiations, marketing materials and client presentations
  • Develop and monitor metrics/dashboard that demonstrates the impact of contracted clients, manage the relationships to achieve their intended goal

Key skills required:

  • Business Development experience within; global mobility, relocation, corporate housing, serviced apartments or destination services (essential)
  • Proven track record of establishing a strategic pipeline of companies/contacts and network within the global corporate housing, relocation and serviced apartment market
  • Business-to-business sales experience with proven sales success
  • A results-driven individual with drive, determination, energy and motivation
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong sales closing skills with the ability to persuade, research and plan
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Ability to work well remotely from a home-based office in an agile start-up environment
  • Team player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

*Experience working in the global mobility, relocation, corporate housing, serviced apartments or destination services sector is essential
