Job Summary

We are supporting an international provider of global mobility and expatriate management solutions in their search for a Business Development Manager in the UK.

 

This position will join an existing sales and business development team, acting as an experienced developer successfully identifying and winning new business.

 

The Business Development Manager will focus on UK business development, approaching multi-national organisations to sell a variety of global mobility and expatriate management solutions not limited to; relocation, corporate moving, visa & immigration, global mobility, destination services, temp accommodation.
 

Key duties of the Business Development Manager include;

  • Identifying decision-making HR and International Mobility contacts within organisations, fostering relationships and introducing the company's services
  • Building a portfolio of prospect clients, maintaining awareness of their current needs and future requirements relating to expatriate management, relocation, moving and immigration
  • Serving as a brand ambassador for the company and representing the team at industry conferences, awards and networking events
  • Driving business sales effort by adopting a fast-paced strategic approach
  • Supporting on-going marketing and advertising campaigns and generating awareness
  • Using industry trends, updates and competitor insights to maintain a successful stance on the relocation, global mobility and expatriate management sector
  • Actively participate in the creation and delivery of RFPs, contract negotiation and deal closure
 
Key skills and experience required:
  • Proven sales and business development experience within the expatriate management, hospitality or logistics sector
  • Ability to research and identify key stakeholders and decision markers
  • Professional networking skills with the ability to foster commercial relationships
  • Proven success within B2B business-to-business sales
  • Highly motivated with the drive and desire to 'win' and succeed
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills
  • Ability to work remotely from home and travel as required
  • Natural hunger for sales
