Are you an experienced Leads Generation Supervisor/Manager from within the international moving and relocation sector?

Our client, a Moving & Relocation company based in New York are seeking a Leads Supervisor to join their team to help grow a talented group of lead generation specialists responsible for scheduling sales appointments for prospective clients moving locally, long distance, storage or internationally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the teams call activity and call quality at all times.
  • Provide constant feedback individually and in team environments.
  • Help improve success from incoming leads to converted sales.
  • Exceed appointment goals through effective management.
  • Partner with other department managers and develop training plans. 
  • Discuss with management on compensation/bonus structures for leads team.
  • Report daily to effectively manage individual calls, emails, appointments and sales opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in the Moving & Relocation sector
  • Ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 + years of equivalent experience of B2C sales experience. 
  • Previous experience of selling and leading in the sector.
  • Strong knowledge of using a CRM and have ability of creating custom excel reports monitoring leads and conversions.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets 
  • Highly motivated with ability to motivate, lead and inspire others.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
