Are you an experienced Leads Generation Supervisor/Manager from within the international moving and relocation sector?
Our client, a Moving & Relocation company based in New York are seeking a Leads Supervisor to join their team to help grow a talented group of lead generation specialists responsible for scheduling sales appointments for prospective clients moving locally, long distance, storage or internationally.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the teams call activity and call quality at all times.
- Provide constant feedback individually and in team environments.
- Help improve success from incoming leads to converted sales.
- Exceed appointment goals through effective management.
- Partner with other department managers and develop training plans.
- Discuss with management on compensation/bonus structures for leads team.
- Report daily to effectively manage individual calls, emails, appointments and sales opportunities.
- Experience of working in the Moving & Relocation sector
- Ideally have a Bachelor’s Degree or 4 + years of equivalent experience of B2C sales experience.
- Previous experience of selling and leading in the sector.
- Strong knowledge of using a CRM and have ability of creating custom excel reports monitoring leads and conversions.
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Highly motivated with ability to motivate, lead and inspire others.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
