Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working alongside a US based Corporate Housing provider looking to recruit a Sales Executive.

 

The Corporate Housing Sales Executives will be responsible for successfully converting inbound leads and enquiries into sales.


       Responsibilities of the position:

  • Converting all inbound sales leads/enquiries into corporate housing bookings
  • Responding to corporate housing leads that have been generated from the internet, inbound telephone calls and relocation management company clients
  • Follow up with previous and existing customers to generate new corporate housing bookings
  • Growing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Processing of leads and inputting data on property management systems
  • Keeping up to date with lease paperwork

      Requirements:

  • Previous inside sales experience
  • Motivated and organised individual
  • Excellent relationship and communication building skills
  • A great multi-tasker
  • Strong IT skills using of databases
