Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working alongside a US based Corporate Housing provider looking to recruit a Sales Executive.
The Corporate Housing Sales Executives will be responsible for successfully converting inbound leads and enquiries into sales.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Converting all inbound sales leads/enquiries into corporate housing bookings
- Responding to corporate housing leads that have been generated from the internet, inbound telephone calls and relocation management company clients
- Follow up with previous and existing customers to generate new corporate housing bookings
- Growing and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Processing of leads and inputting data on property management systems
- Keeping up to date with lease paperwork
Requirements:
- Previous inside sales experience
- Motivated and organised individual
- Excellent relationship and communication building skills
- A great multi-tasker
- Strong IT skills using of databases
