Commercial Moving O & I Business Developer/Sales Rep

Our client a very successful moving company based in the Houston area is looking to expand their Commercial Moving O & I business with a business developer/sales rep.

Responsibilities

  • Business development of commercial moving, office and industrial, and all potential business moving opportunities
  • Speaking with clients via phone, email, zoom and trade events to maximize potential moving opportunities
  • Visiting potential customers selling the companies services, up selling where possible and closing for the moves
  • Doing walk rounds with customers giving accurate estimates for their commercial move
  • Following up with commercial moving customers with regards to satisfaction of their move and the whole process, including helping them with any issues that arise
  • Keeping in contact with previous customers to look for repeat business
Experience Required:
  • The development of commercial O & I moving business preferably in the Houston/Texas moving sector but the client will consider a relocator for the role who has solid experience
  • Solid negotiation skills with all size of business 
  • Ability to develop moving business at all levels
  • Fantastic negotiation and development skills, having the ability to survey a commercial O & I move
