Job Summary

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a global hospitality provider, who are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their team in London.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for lead business development and sales activities for the organisation, managing client accounts and leading the sales team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop new hospitality business sales leads
  • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business
  • Sourcing and generating of new corporate clients both face to face and over the phone
  • Attend hospitality industry events and conferences
  • Presenting the business to new corporate clients
  • Mentor and manage the sales team

Requirements of the role:

  • Previous experience in an aggressive sales environment
  • Proven sales track record, including negotiation and closing
  • Ability to effectively manage client accounts
  • Great written and verbal communication skills including presentation
  • Ability to manage a small team
  • Travel within the UK is required

This opportunity comes with a great base salary and uncapped commission
