Job Summary
Alchemy are partnering exclusively with a highly successful and fast-developing US-based relocation business, in their search for a Commercial Relocation Sales Leader.
This position is based in the mid-west, therefore, may require US domestic relocation (some relocation support may be provided)
The Commercial Relocation Sales Leader will be responsible for:
- Full operational management and strategic leadership of the commercial relocation sales team
- Setting strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and profitability across the business
- Training and developing the Commercial Relocation Sales division, continuously identifying areas of improvement
- Setting both individual and team sales targets, whilst ensuring equal workload and lead distribution
- Participate in client meetings to fully determine the scope of the project
- Foster and develop client relationships and identify up-selling opportunities
- Support the management of client-specific projects, ensuring client satisfaction
- Creating and present estimates, whilst quote and negotiate project costs
- Serving as a brand ambassador
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in the Commercial Relocation sector is essential
- Must have direct sales experience, preferably with experience leading and developing a team
- Excellent relationship building skill with the ability to form trusted partnership with but internal and external stakeholders
- Proven success in generating new business and closing sales
- Experience coaching and training staff
- Highly organised with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience utilizing a CRM system
Previous Commercial Relocation industry experience is essential.
