Job Summary

Alchemy are partnering exclusively with a highly successful and fast-developing US-based relocation business, in their search for a Commercial Relocation Sales Leader.

This position is based in the mid-west, therefore, may require US domestic relocation (some relocation support may be provided)

The Commercial Relocation Sales Leader will be responsible for:

  • Full operational management and strategic leadership of the commercial relocation sales team
  • Setting strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and profitability across the business
  • Training and developing the Commercial Relocation Sales division, continuously identifying areas of improvement
  • Setting both individual and team sales targets, whilst ensuring equal workload and lead distribution
  • Participate in client meetings to fully determine the scope of the project
  • Foster and develop client relationships and identify up-selling opportunities
  • Support the management of client-specific projects, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Creating and present estimates, whilst quote and negotiate project costs
  • Serving as a brand ambassador

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in the Commercial Relocation sector is essential
  • Must have direct sales experience, preferably with experience leading and developing a team
  • Excellent relationship building skill with the ability to form trusted partnership with but internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven success in generating new business and closing sales
  • Experience coaching and training staff
  • Highly organised with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience utilizing a CRM system

Previous Commercial Relocation industry experience is essential.
