Job Summary

An exciting opportunity to work for an industry lead in trademark research and protections solutions! This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule running 24/7 supporting the online customer applications and internal system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting, maintaining and troublsehooting of CM’s Full Search and Watch product as well as the online product
  • Development and review of the scripts to support the International Full Search process
  • Providing customer support (level 1 & 2) adhering to current SLAs
  • Building and maintaining business relationships with stakeholders
  • Working alongside internal and external teams across operations, release management and product support

Experience/Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Proven experience in UNIX/Linux
  • Strong UNIX / Linux skills command line interface
  • Apache and Tomcat administration/configuration skills
  • Strong understanding of multi-tiered web application architecture
  • Knowledgeable in various monitoring tools: Truesight, DataDog, xymon/Nagios
  • Ability to work with both minimal supervision and contact as well as a strong team member
  • Knowledge of WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Application Server and Elastic Search is desirable
  • Strong coordination skills to manage workload and communications with teams both inhouse and globally
  • Previous experience working within a 24/7 environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Bash/Korn shell scripting
