Alchemy is partnering with an award winning, fast growing law firm in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Surrey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic law firm that supports the development of their staff.

The Role

• As a fee earner, handling a busy caseload of commercial property and real estate work including, commercial leases, sales and purchases, Landlord & Tenant matters, and secured lending work
• Participate in business development activities to generate work for the Real Estate team
• Provide an excellent service to an excellent existing client base

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years PQE experience in property law, particularly in commercial property 
• Able to work as part of a busy team with a high work load
• Strong business development and client management skills
