Job Summary

Alchemy Global Talent are working with a leading Corporate Housing provider who are hiring for Government Housing Business Developer.

The Government Housing Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading business development and sales activities with the focus being on Government Housing.

Previous experience working with Government agencies and contractors are a must.

Responsibilities:

· Sales of Corporate Housing properties within Government Agencies

· Develop relationships with decision makers to generate new business and converting of new leads

· Have the ability to develop new business successfully through lead generation.

· Attend industry events and conferences and consistently networking

Requirements:

· Previous experience working with Government Housing

· Have an existing client base and network within Government Agencies

· Experience of the complete sales process

· Being able to travel as and when required

This position is to be based remotely with frequent travel across the US.
