Job Summary
Our client, a leading expert in professional services, is looking for a Client Solutions Associate to join their team in Seoul.
This position would suit an individual who is comfortable working closely with clients & will provide them with help and guidance, enabling them to make informed decisions. This position will provide you with the training, help and guidance that you need to become a subject matter expert across multiple industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact, liaising with other internal teams and clients to ensure that all needs are met
- Ensuring that all consultations, surveys, and special projects are carried out in a timely manner
- Promote and reflect the companies values & business model throughout your work
- Produce virtual and live event content as and when required with the guidance of the senior team
- Ensure that all company procedures are followed to ensure that your work is fully compliant
- Provide help and support to the team & senior staff members as and when required
- Work with other internal teams such as the sales & BD department to maximise growth and revenue, upselling and cross selling services as and when required
Key Skills
- A university degree is preferred
- Fluent English & Korean is essential
- Previous industry experience, such as within the Professional Services or Financial Services sectors would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal & nonverbal communication skills & the ability to work well in a team
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to multitask to ensure that you can successfully work on multiple projects
- Capability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent business skills e.g. project management, negotiation & problem solving
