Supply Chain Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Summary

A Specialist Global Shipping organisation are currently seeking a Supply Chain Optimizer fluent in Mandarin to join their Logistics team in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Air Freight, Sea Freight, Truck and Courier shipments.
• Coordination and organization of transportation services including accident and complaint processing.
• Work alongside the Logistics Manager providing quotations and customer knowledge.
• Implementation of customer projects and SOP’s.
• Liaise with Forwarders, clients and customers regarding shipments.

Skills Required:

• Educated to bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Transport & Logistics, Business Administration, International Business or related field of study.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Speaking (Essential).
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Transport Logistics or Customer Service environment.
• Excellent communication skills as both written and verbal skills are essential for this role.
