Are you an experienced moving professional looking to progress in their career?

Alchemy is seeking an experienced French Speaking International Move Manager to join a leading name within the moving industry based in Berkshire. The company specialises in Corporate specialist moves, and are looking for an individual with experience in the Moving industry to integrate into their busy team.

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the entire moving process, assisting clients with their moving needs and dealing with any enquiries.
  • Ensuring moves are completed smoothly by regularly liaising with clients and third parties to coordinate all stages of the move; including freight forwarders, customs agents and packers.
  • Checking official documents for accuracy (e.g. passports, acceptance forms, customs checks)
  • Regularly provide updates to senior members of the team regarding moves in progress and moves completed.
  • Booking moves within budget to ensure maximum company profitability.

Requirements:
  • Must be a fluent French speaker
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the moving sector.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
