Senior Immigration Consultant/Manager - (Malaysian Inbound)

If so, we have a new opportunity to join our client's Immigration team.

Scope of role:

• To act as client point of contact within the Malaysian Immigration team
• To consult on and provide expert advice to assignees and corporate clients on Malaysian Immigration processes
• Serve as an immigration subject matter expert regarding Malaysian immigration and visa queries

Responsibilities:

• Managing immigration cases from initiation to completion ensuring complete satisfaction from the assignee and the client
• Providing technical immigration services to clients, assignees and other third parties for all allocated countries utilising third-party vendors where required
• Preparation and submission of all types of Malaysian immigration applications (where possible), in particular, but not limited to, business and work visas, utilising third-party vendors where required
• Managing own immigration caseload and assisting colleagues where required, including complying with all associated administrative duties and updating the internal system
• Ensure compliance of all governing requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience of corporate Malaysian inbound immigration experience
• Knowledge of a variety of visa types relating to Malaysian immigration
• Corporate account management across a variety of industries
• Strong supplier management and liaison experience
• Excellent independent research skills
• Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally with assignees and vendors
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
• Passionate about providing good customer service
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
