Senior Manager, Reward & Mobility

You will join the team as a Senior Manager within the HR services function specialising in Total Reward, Expatriate Tax, HR and International Mobility.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Total Reward & Global Mobility services to a dedicated client portfolio
- Consult and advise on a range of specialised services including global compensation, benefits, global mobility, payroll, tax and other HR related services
- Act as subject matter expert in providing technical and operational HR related tax and compensation services to clients
- Take the lead on managing client relationships, and take responsibility to ensure that an excellent level of client service is delivered at all times
- Make recommendations to clients on both practical and technical tax matters, including identifying opportunities where the business can offer additional services
- Take charge of client project management, holding regular meeting to discuss scope, progress and potential areas of improvement
- Present mobility, tax and reward solutions to potential clients in order to secure new business for the firm
- Manage client accounts, including accurate budgeting, timely billing, and compliance
- Share expert knowledge with the team on global mobility, total reward, payroll and tax services
- Providing mentoring, coaching and development opportunities to team members to encourage their career growth
Requirements
- At least 6 years’ experience in global mobility and reward (global compensation, benefits, payroll, tax and HR)
- Experience successfully managing multiple large client accounts
- Excellent client facing skills, including ability to present solutions and recommendations to senior level individuals
- Ability to handle varied assignments and projects for multiple clients
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and provide solutions for complex tax and compensation issues
- Previous participation in business growth and development activities
- Previous experience managing and coaching teams of staff
- Bachelors degree in a relevant subject
- Licenced CPA, JD/LLM or other relevant accreditation
