We have a fantastic opportunity for a hungry Sales professional to join our client in the Global Mobility & Relocation sector.

Purpose of the role:

  • Serving as a Senior within the Business Development team, providing guidance and support to junior staff
  • Directly selling a range of HR services including, Relocation, Global Mobility, Immigration, Destination Services, and Household Goods Moving
  • Helping to develop a successful sales and business development strategy to engage major corporate accounts
  • Generating new corporate client business across the dedicated region
  • Building and maintaining existing client relationships across the corporate market

  • Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals
  • Industry knowledge of; Relocation, Global Mobility, Household Goods Moving, Immigration, Logistics or Corporate Accommodation

What the role involves:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales and business development targets
  • Supporting the Business Development Managers, providing them with guidance and leadership support 
  • Ensuring successful monthly and quarterly account development
  • Build professional and consultative relationships with clients, fully understanding their unique business needs
  • Attend annual sales conferences, industry networking events, and client meetings
  • Staying up to date on trends within the relocation, global mobility, and international moving sector
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
  • Identifying key decision-makers in potential client businesses
  • Support the development of a consultative sales strategy to create client-focused solutions
  • Participating in sales development ventures to help drive brand and strategy
  • Establish growth through cross-selling of services
  • Support the preparation of client presentations
