Purpose of the role:
- Serving as a Senior within the Business Development team, providing guidance and support to junior staff
- Directly selling a range of HR services including, Relocation, Global Mobility, Immigration, Destination Services, and Household Goods Moving
- Helping to develop a successful sales and business development strategy to engage major corporate accounts
- Generating new corporate client business across the dedicated region
- Building and maintaining existing client relationships across the corporate market

- Senior Sales Developer with a high degree of autonomy
- Strategic and accomplished sales professional looking for a long-term career

- Business-to-business sales experience
- Success in developing prospects and securing new clients
- Experienced in the preparation of tenders/bids/proposals
- Industry knowledge of; Relocation, Global Mobility, Household Goods Moving, Immigration, Logistics or Corporate Accommodation
What the role involves:
- Meeting and exceeding sales and business development targets
- Supporting the Business Development Managers, providing them with guidance and leadership support
- Ensuring successful monthly and quarterly account development
- Build professional and consultative relationships with clients, fully understanding their unique business needs
- Attend annual sales conferences, industry networking events, and client meetings
- Staying up to date on trends within the relocation, global mobility, and international moving sector
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Identifying key decision-makers in potential client businesses
- Support the development of a consultative sales strategy to create client-focused solutions
- Participating in sales development ventures to help drive brand and strategy
- Establish growth through cross-selling of services
- Support the preparation of client presentations
