Job Summary

We are partnering with an International Shipping and Freight Forwarding company seeking a Freight Forwarder to join their team in New Jersey.

Responsibilities;

• Enter shipment bookings into Cargowise system
• Coordinate and book Import and Export international shipments
• Preparing export declarations and certificate of origin
• Tracking all freight
• Preparation of Import and Export documentation
• Responsible for handling of international operational activities
• Prepare and finalise invoices
• Provide quotes to customers on shipments
• Liaison with customers and clients
• Preparation of Ocean Freight documents

Skills Required;

• Extensive Cargowise experience
• Out of Gauge experience
• Experience handling Shipping documentation
• Imports and Exports experience
• Background in Freight Forwarding
• Excellent communication skills
