Job Summary

Our client, an International Moving company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

This position is a team leader role that will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives within the household goods moving services team.

In addition to leading the sales team, this role will also have direct sales responsibility.

Duties of the Moving Sales Manager role include:

  • Guiding, supporting and mentoring the moving services sales team
  • Assisting the team to convert inbound leads into books business revenue
  • Act as the subject matter expert within the team and serve as the go-to for client escalations
  • Respond to enquiries via telephone and email from new and existing clients
  • Motivate the team and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets
  • Follow up on inbound leads with an aim to convert these into new booked business
  • Obtain required information regarding client needs and record this information as necessary
  • Receiving booking for surveys and schedule move dates
  • Upsell and recommend additional services that may be beneficial to the client
  • Ensure positive customer experience
  • Review the team's sales lead tracking reports as required
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Help to resolve customer queries
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks
