Class 1 Driver

Job Summary

A reputable Logistics company are looking for a Class 1 Driver to join their growing team in Colchester.

Responsibilities;

• Carrying out store deliveries
• Ensuring accurate and timely deliveries to stores and collections from suppliers.
• Being responsible for vehicle checks before leaving the depot
• Follow all the regulations stipulated within the Highway Code, FORS, EU tachograph requirements, Working Time Regulations, and the Road Transport Regulations to ensure both yourself and the Company are compliant.
• Loading and unloading vehicles to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Skills Required;

• Class 1 Driving Licence
• Experience on working nights 
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card
• Reliable and flexible
• A positive attitude towards safety
• Punctual and Excellent timekeeping and attendance
• Day and night shifts available
